Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15: 51-57
A Memorial Service will be conducted 2:00PM Monday, November 11, 2024 at the Kingdom Life Empowerment Ministries (678 Stratford Boulevard - Kinston, North Carolina).
We are gathered here today to remember and celebrate the life of Nate so that together we may acknowledge and share both our joy in the gift that his life was to us, and the pain that his passing brings.
In sharing the joy and the pain together today, may we lessen the pain and remember the joy. Let us wrap our arms around his son Justin to bring him comfort and let him know that he is not alone during this difficult time.
What stood out most about Nate, outside of his passion for singing and playing his keyboard, he simply loved his and family!
The Bible states in first Corinthians 16 verse 14 "Let everything you do be done with love"!
As we say goodbye to Nate, let us remember his love, laughter and one of his saying that we all know
"THAT PART" his spirit will forever be a part of us and he will be deeply missed, but never forgotten!
The Family is receiving compassionate service from the staff & management of Whitfield Mortuary, LLC.
