Mr. Shannon G. Whitfield & The Staff & Management of Whitfield Mortuary, LLC publicly announces the earthly transition of, 70  year old, Elder Dr. Thomas L. Stewart who was escorted by angels to eternal rest at his residence. 

A Celebration of Life to commemorate God's General will take place at 1:00PM Tuesday, August 29th, 2023 at St. Peter Church of Christ- Disciples of Christ Church. Final rest for Dr. Stewart will follow in Southview Cemetery.

An Inspirational Wake will take place from 6:00pm - 8:00pm Monday, August 28, 2023 at Faith Tabernacle United Holy Church 400 S. Adkin Street - Kinston, North Caroline 28501.
